Most frequent questions and answers

Usually within 24 hours of your request the Ticket is generated and 7 Days time is allotted to the Support Team to resolve the issue and close the ticket.

  • The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
  • The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases to damage to products, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
  • Here is supplementary our warranty policies, we will charge repair fee if your case falls into one of the following categories (including, but not limited to:

                                1.) Any internal parts damage caused by any reasons.
                                2.)Disassemble without authorization.

We try our best to deliver the best products and usually most of our products are covered under warranty. But there are some limitations as few products are exempted out of the warranty.

The products which are under warranty are usually issued with Warranty Certificate along with Tax Invoice.

The charges do differ as per the different machinery , geolocation and number of days for which the engineer is scheduled to stay on site.

We strictly adhere by our companies rules and regulations and does not replace in case the damage is due to any other factor other than manufacturing defect.
